The hotel was conveniently located near many food stalls and a night market which was great for exploring. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the daily replacement of toiletries and amenities. the breakfast provided was diverse and included fresh salads.
The air conditioning was challenging to control, and the temperature in the room was far too cold. the music playing in the corridors at night was disturbing and disruptive.

During my Christmas stay, I found the location of the hotel really convenient as it was in close proximity to some great shopping areas and public transit. The breakfast spread was excellent with many different dishes to choose from. the staff was always helpful and friendly towards me throughout my trip.
Although the room was clean, I found it to be a bit small and cramped. the noise from the outside was very audible which made it difficult to sleep at times.
